We’re glad to see that you want to become a Member of Spilcaféen!

As a Member you can play all games at all our cafés (Aarhus x 2, Aalborg, Kolding & Odense) for free.

There are 3 subscription intervals to choose from:
Pay monthly - 45 DKK
Pay quarterly - 90 DKK
Pay yearly - 270 DKK

We recommend using your mobile for the following steps, as the card is stored in your phone’s Wallet:

  • As a member do I have to buy anything while visiting Spilcaféen?

    • Yes. We are first and foremost a café, and make a living by selling drinks. This means that you have to buy something to drink or eat each time you visit one of our cafés.

  • Is a membership a one-time payment?

    • A membership is a recurring subscription, which automatically renews, at the chosen interval, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time.

  • How do I change tier or interval of my subscription?

    • Go to the membership card in your Wallet. Go to the “back”/options of the card. Scroll down and find “Manage Plan”. Click that and choose the new plan you want. Please note that when “down grading” changes will not take effect until next renewal.

    • Go to the membership card in your Wallet. Go to the “back”/options of the card. Scroll down and find “Manage Plan”. Click that and choose “Cancel subscription” at the bottom.

    • Or, you can go here, and click the “Membership Settings” button, and click the link in the mail we send you. Choose “Cancel subscription” at the bottom.

  • I need an invoice, where do I find it?

    • Go to the membership card in your Wallet. Go to the “back”/options of the card. Scroll down and find “Manage Plan”. Click that and choose “Invoices” at the bottom.

  • I lost my card, how do I get it back?

    • You can find your card here
